Welcome to SrNow Verify. By using our Mystery Validator Network, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Data Privacy & Protection

SrNow Platform strictly adheres to global data protection standards. We do not collect, sell, or share sensitive personal client data with third parties. All personal information provided during registration is encrypted and used solely for the purpose of facilitating verification tasks.

2. Ephemeral Proof Storage & Auto-Deletion

To ensure maximum security and privacy, SrNow does not permanently host verification proofs. All images, videos, and reports uploaded by Validators are stored on secure, encrypted external servers and are automatically and permanently deleted 72 hours (3 days) after being viewed by the Contractor, or immediately upon task completion, whichever comes first.

3. Physical Access & Premises Restrictions

SrNow Validators are strictly prohibited from entering private premises, requesting key access, or trespassing on restricted properties. All verifications must be conducted from public vantage points or with explicit, documented permission from the property owner. SrNow assumes no liability for unauthorized access attempts.

4. Validator Code of Conduct

Validators must maintain strict anonymity and never disclose their affiliation with SrNow or the specific task details to any third party on-site.
All media (photos/videos) must be captured discreetly without drawing attention or causing disruption.
Validators must remain polite, calm, and professional at all times.
Proofs must only be uploaded via the official SrNow secure portal using a personal, secure device.

5. Payments & Earnings

Contractors are required to settle all platform fees and validator earnings via the SrNow secure invoicing system before a task is officially released. Validator earnings are credited to their SrNow wallet only after the Contractor or Admin formally approves the submitted proof. SrNow reserves the right to withhold or forfeit earnings for violations of the Code of Conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

SrNow acts solely as a secure intermediary platform connecting Contractors with independent Validators. We do not guarantee the outcome of any physical verification, nor are we liable for disputes arising from off-platform agreements or unauthorized actions by Validators.

7. Account Termination

SrNow reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account (Contractor or Validator) found violating these terms, attempting to bypass the platform's payment system, or compromising the anonymity of the network.
